The presentation methods of Théâtre Ouvert - from the Mise en espace, the Gueuloir, the Cellule de création to the Chantiers, Cartes blanches and École Pratique des Auteurs de Théâtre (EPAT) - have multiplied the possibilities of encounters and research between authors, directors and actors, often paving the way for intervention or theatre proposal forces. It is the history of this experimental contribution to contemporary staging that this encounter would like to shed light on. Denis Guénoun
