Presentation

  • “A sort of sung self-portrait, this show won't be either a cabaret or a recital, or a tour of songs (and even less a tour de force), but the possibility of continuing what is law on theatre stages and film sets: the feeling of truth. When Godard wrote: “The real is the others, fiction is yourself”, did he consider that the real is a form of hell, when fiction would be oxygen and the place of freedom? In offering this intimate pop, in making the trite, naked and concrete things of life melodious, sound landscapes will make singing the new speaking out.”
