Being Born and Surviving, visuals of this year's Festival d'Avignon are some of the photos that make up the Series A Look and Mutations done between 2008 and 2012 by Kiripi Katembo Siku. He does organic portraits of the permanent theatre offered by Kinshasa and Brazzaville, revealing in them a specific plastic beauty, notably in the establishment of a society that itself organizes its milieu. The idea here is to open a window of a realistic world on a surrealistic world.
