Presentation

  • “When you don't know what to do... Someone had some homework to turn in, she didn't know what to do. I told her: 'Go to the library, ask for advice, pick a book, open it at random, and whatever you end up with is your topic.' She did it, didn't like what she found. She tried it eight or ten times... Eventually, she decided she liked the first topic best. It was about masks. She did a whole thing about the masks people wear, about identity, she was inspired. That's when the tarot said: 'Go to the theatre section, your unconscious will guide you. Do something Laetitia and Jonathan will like.     Jonathan Capdevielle
    A graduate of the École supérieure nationale des arts de la marionnette, Jonathan Capdevielle is a multidisciplinary artist, an actor, puppeteer, ventriloquist, dancer, and singer. A faithful collaborator of Gisèle Vienne, he has also created his own plays, including Adishatz/Adieu (2010), Popydog with Marlène Saldana (2011), Spring Rolle (2012), and Saga (2015). He is currently associated with the Quai / CDN of Angers – Pays de la Loire.

    Laetitia Dosch
    A graduate of the Manufacture school, Laetitia Dosch has appeared in films (Age of Panic, Summertime, Keeper), in plays (Measure for Measure, with Eric Ruf, The Taming of the Shrew, directed by Mélanie Leray), and has been associated with the eccentric practicioners of experimental theatre and dance like Yves-Noël Genod, Maria La Ribot, or Marco Berrettini. She has also created her own shows, among which Laëtitia fait péter !, Klein, and her latest Un Album, inspired by Zouc.
