Not far from Timbuktu, Kidane lives with his wife, his daughter, and their 12-year-old shepherd. Theirs is a simple and peaceful life among the dunes, while in the nearby town the inhabitants are subjected to a reign of terror under the heel of the Jihadists who have taken their faith hostage. But when Kidane accidentally kills the fisherman who attacked his favourite cow, he has to face the new laws edicted by those foreign occupiers...
The screening will be followed by a Q&A session with Kettly Noël, actress.
