Every evening, a girl, a boy, and an old projectionist meet in a seemingly-abandoned cinema still full of wonders. The three friends invent marvelous fairy tales, and they dress up as the heroes of those stories. From the depths of earth to the farthest reaches of the Orient, they challenge each other's imagination and play the roles of princesses and adventurers: “The House of Monsters”, “The Sorcerer-Student”, “The Ship's Boy and his Cat”, and “Ivan Tsarevitch and the Changing Princess”.
